Staff Profile: Kiko Alejandre is one of the directors of MIFRA Coaching School in Spain. With a strong academic background, he studied Business Management in the United States and completed law school in Spain. Kiko has always been deeply involved in the soccer industry, both collegiately and professionally, leveraging his expertise to develop players at the highest level. He also holds the maximum coaching license, showcasing his commitment to excellence in soccer education and development. His leadership at MIFRA has positioned the school as a leader in bridging the gap between youth soccer, collegiate opportunities, and professional pathways.

Staff Profile: Miguel Alejandre is one of the directors of MIFRA Coaching School. A law school graduate, Miguel has dedicated the past 10 years to managing MIFRA, where he has played a pivotal role in helping over 3,000 coaches achieve their licenses. As a FIFA-licensed agent and holder of the maximum accreditation coaching license, he brings unmatched expertise to the program, backed by nearly 25 years of experience in the professional soccer industry.

Staff Profile: Nacho Retamal is a seasoned physical trainer and football coach, specializing in high performance and youth development. He holds a Master’s in High-Performance Sports from INEF Cataluña and FC Barcelona, along with advanced qualifications in sports rehabilitation and secondary education. Currently, he oversees physical conditioning and recovery training for Real Zaragoza’s youth teams. As a professor, Ignacio imparts his expertise in physical conditioning and sports management.

Staff Profile: Borja Sancho is a physiotherapist, personal trainer, and injury rehab specialist with a background in high-level youth soccer in Spain. Currently with Real Zaragoza, he provides daily rehabilitation and strength training for high-performance athletes, while also teaching at Universidad San Jorge.

Adrian Sanguino

Staff Profile: Adrián Sanguino is MIFRA's goalkeeper coach and one of only 200 goalkeeper coaches in Spain to hold a UEFA B license. He has been instrumental in helping many goalkeepers transition into the professional soccer industry. Adrián also leads individual training programs for professional coaches and academies, bringing his expertise to the highest levels of player and coach development.

Toni Giner

Staff Profile: He is one of the best sports medicine doctors in Spain. Dr. Giner has worked as the director of Valencia CF professional team and its Medical Department for over 25 years. As long-time chairman of Quirón hospital sports service and with the retention of several high standing positions, Dr. Giner has worked with some of the highest-level athletes. Currency, Dr. Giner resides as the Director of the Medical Services for C.D Castellón; thus, putting him in charge of all medical services for the ASCIRES-ERESA hospital.

Staff Profile: He has been well recognized in his state for exceeding results and exemplary performances by his teams while under his command. Jose Soto

Staff Profile: He has been a professional football player for many years, playing for some of the greatest teams, including Valencia C.F., Villareal C.F., Elche C.F., and many more. Coach Soto has lead several teams including, Cordoba C.F., C.D. Lugo, Valencia C.F. U23 team. He has obtained his UEFA-qualified coaches’ licenses through Mifras coaching academy.

Miguel Gandia

Staff Profile: He worked as a football scout for F.C Barcelona, in addition to obtaining a position as a physical trainer for Valencia C.F during Rafael Benitez time on the team. He is also one of the former members of the Luis Milla coaching staff, which coaches teams such as Real Zaragoza, Córdoba C.F., and the Indonesia fotball national team. Some of the players that have been trained by Coach Miguel include Marco Asensio, Raul Albiol, Nolito, David Silva and many others.

Carlos Gracia

Staff Profile: Carlos Gracia Martí is part of the Antonio Lopez Management team. His management team oversees vast professional players who are performing in the La Liga league. Mr. Martí has also played for recognized teams such as Villarreal CF, Valencia CF, Levante UD. A great personal achievement for Mr. Martí was being selected to represent Spain’s national team on multiple occasions. He has obtained his UEFA-qualified coaches’ licenses through Mifras coaching academy.

David Herrador

Staff Profile: Coach David Herrador received his degree in Seconday Education. This degree has served Coach Herrador well, while enhancing his abilities to accommodate sports training to each individuals athletic ability and understanding. As he currently resides as member of the Atletico de Madrid Academy, in which he works with young athletes to prepare for their future careers. Coach Herrador has obtained his UEFA-qualified coaches’ licenses through Mifras coaching academy.

Estanislao Asensi

Staff Profile: He is currently in charge of the Levante U.D formation methodology. In addition to his time in Spain, he has also worked abroad in other countries such as Saudi Arabia and South America. Due to his extensive knowledge and expertise in training young athletes, Coach Asensi is frequently requested to speak at universities and colleges to share the importance on how to train for success.

Keishi Kiriyama

Staff Profile: He has a lot of experience in the junior age groups in Japan, having brought many results to his teams. After leading his team to the All-Japan U12 Soccer National Championships as a coach at the age of just 27, he moved to Spain where he is currently working as a coach there. At MIFRA, he is the Director of the Japan Program, which includes liaison, interpretation, marketing to Japan, and creation and management of our website.
