With a strong academic background, he studied Business Management in the United States and completed law school in Spain. Kiko has always been deeply involved in the soccer industry, both collegiately and professionally, leveraging his expertise to develop players at the highest level. He also holds the maximum coaching license, showcasing his commitment to excellence in soccer education and development. His leadership at MIFRA has positioned the school as a leader in bridging the gap between youth soccer, collegiate opportunities, and professional pathways.

Staff Profile: Miguel Alejandre is one of the directors of MIFRA Coaching School. A law school graduate, Miguel has dedicated the past 10 years to managing MIFRA, where he has played a pivotal role in helping over 3,000 coaches achieve their licenses. As a FIFA-licensed agent and holder of the maximum accreditation coaching license, he brings unmatched expertise to the program, backed by nearly 25 years of experience in the professional soccer industry.

Staff Profile: Nacho Retamal is a seasoned physical trainer and football coach, specializing in high performance and youth development. He holds a Master’s in High-Performance Sports from INEF Cataluña and FC Barcelona, along with advanced qualifications in sports rehabilitation and secondary education. Currently, he oversees physical conditioning and recovery training for Real Zaragoza’s youth teams. As a professor, Ignacio imparts his expertise in physical conditioning and sports management.

Adrian Sanguino

Staff Profile: Adrián Sanguino is MIFRA's goalkeeper coach and one of only 200 goalkeeper coaches in Spain to hold a UEFA B license. He has been instrumental in helping many goalkeepers transition into the professional soccer industry. Adrián also leads individual training programs for professional coaches and academies, bringing his expertise to the highest levels of player and coach development.

Keishi Kiriyama

Staff Profile: He has a lot of experience in the junior age groups in Japan, having brought many results to his teams. After leading his team to the All-Japan U12 Soccer National Championships as a coach at the age of just 27, he moved to Spain where he is currently working as a coach there. At MIFRA, he is the Director of the Japan Program, which includes liaison, interpretation, marketing to Japan, and creation and management of our website.
